Where can I find most of your products?
Most of our products are currently found in our 2 stores located at Blackhawk Plaza (Danville) - our main store and Stoneridge Mall (Pleasanton). Kids' shoes are only found at our Blackhawk location. We also do our best to put most products online.
How do I convert between unisex, men's and women's sizes?
Most of our product pages will have a link to the brand's size guide. Here you will find the relevant conversions according to the sizes displayed. If you are having issues with picking your size, please contact email@example.com.
What products can I use a valid discount code on?
You can use a valid discount code on all products excluding non-promotional items. To know what is a non-promotional item, you will find this line below in the product description. Specific orders with discount codes applied will be cancelled.
"No promotional discounts can be used on this item, orders with discount codes applied will be cancelled."
One discount code code can only be entered at checkout per order per customer. Multiple discounts do not apply.
Will you restock sold out products?
There is a possibility we may restock sold out products but it is not guaranteed. If you would like to know more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Stay tuned on our social media channels to keep up to date!
How much is shipping?
Free ground shipping for all orders over $50 in the US. Shipping cost varies depending on location of shipping address and shipping service selected.
Expedited shipping available at your expense and can be viewed while selecting shipping method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
Where else do you ship?
We also ship to Hawaii and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship anywhere else internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied with your purchase?
Should you be unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, we can refund or exchange any unworn, unaltered, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that if shoes show obvious wear, they cannot and will not be exchanged/returned. Shoes must be in the original box. Shoes returned without a shoebox will NOT receive a full refund.
