How do I convert between unisex, men's and women's sizes?

    Most of our product pages will have a link to the brand's size guide. Here you will find the relevant conversions according to the sizes displayed. If you are having issues with picking your size, please contact customercare@shopontheedge.com.

    What products can I use a valid discount code on?

      You can use a valid discount code on all products excluding those products that are not part of a promotion. Check terms and conditions for each promotion for details.

      Will you restock sold out products?

        There is a possibility we may restock sold out products but it is not guaranteed. If you would like to know more information, please contact customercare@shopontheedge.com. Stay tuned on our social media channels to keep up to date!

         

        Shipping

        How much is shipping?

          Free ground shipping for all orders over $50 in the US. Shipping cost varies depending on location of shipping address and shipping service selected.

          Expedited shipping available at your expense and can be viewed while selecting shipping method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.

          Where else do you ship?

            We also ship to Hawaii and Canada. Enter shipping details at checkout to see prices. Unfortunately, we cannot ship anywhere else internationally.

             

            Handling

            How long will I have to wait before my item is shipped out?

            We process orders as soon as possible if inventory is available in our main store, but if they are not, transferring from another store may take 1-3 business days.

            Payment

            What payment methods do you accept?

              We accept a variety of payments including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

               

              Returns & Exchanges

              Not satisfied with your purchase?

                Should you be unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, we can refund or exchange any unworn, unaltered, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

                Please note that if shoes show obvious wear, they cannot and will not be exchanged/returned. Shoes must be in the original box. Shoes returned without a shoebox will NOT receive a full refund.

                *Sale and final sale styles as noted in product descriptions cannot be returned/exchanged.
