How do I convert between unisex, men's and women's sizes?
Most of our product pages (to be specific, products in European sizing) will have a link to the brand's size guide. Here you will find the relevant conversions according to the sizes displayed. If you are having issues with picking your size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What products can I use a valid discount code on?
You can use a valid discount code on all products excluding those products that are not part of a promotion. Check terms and conditions for each promotion for details.
Will you restock sold out products?
There is a possibility we may restock sold out products but it is not guaranteed. If you would like to know more information, please contact email@example.com. Sign up to our email list and follow us on social media to keep updated!
Shipping & Handling
How much is shipping?
Free ground shipping for all orders over $50 in the US. Shipping cost varies depending on location of shipping address and shipping service selected.
Expedited shipping available at your expense and can be viewed while selecting shipping method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
My tracking number isn't working, what do I do?
Please note that tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched. Allow 48 hours for tracking details to update. If you do not receive a tracking number, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it to you.
Where else do you ship?
We also ship to Hawaii and Canada. Enter shipping details at checkout to see prices. Unfortunately, we cannot ship anywhere else internationally.
How long will I have to wait before my item is shipped out?
We process orders as soon as possible. For orders made after 10AM, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. Orders made on the weekends will not be shipped out until the following operating business day. Orders are not shipped out on major national holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) You will be notified of any updates to your order. We mainly ship with USPS and UPS.

We accept a variety of payments including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

Not satisfied with your purchase?
Should you be unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, we can refund or exchange any unworn, unaltered, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact us at email@example.com if there is a defect with your purchase and we will handle the situation promptly.
Shoes must be back in its original shoe box and shipped in another box (eg. the one supplied to you from us). Shoes returned without a shoebox will NOT receive a full refund. For restocking purposes, we will take 10% off the cost of the shoes as a fee.
